My only suggestions are - with the tag line, maybe I'm reading it weird, but shouldn't it say "and it's here to stay" . The phrase "Jazz is back in Atlanta, and here to stay" seems a litte awkward. Maybe it's because of the way the lines are separated? - also I'm not sure if the S in stay should be capitalized?
Also, on the 11" ad - the paragraph seems a little awkward, maybe the text needs to be bumped up a size, or something. The shape that the title, the tag line, and the paragraph make seems a little weird. Maybe try centering it, or justifiying the whole paragraph.
